Stall Holder Tips

Thank you for being a part of Peek A Boo Market, we are grateful and appreciate your support and enthusiasm.

We want your experience with us to be enjoyable and successful on the day. We are a team together and have the same goal, our goal is to make the day a success and make some extra cash that will benefit yourself and your family. We have provided some helpful hints when selling on the day.

  • Smile when serving your customers and be friendly.
  • Make your stall attractive, display your beautiful items on the table.
  • Clutter can deter some buyers/customers from looking at your table.
  • Place a tablecloth on your trestle and hide the boxes and storage bags wherever possible.
  • Make sure you go over your items and check that they are clean.
  • Put prices on your items, customers prefer to see prices on products they are interested in, especially if the price is right.
  • If time permits, label your clothes by their sizes.
  • Display your beautiful clothes on hanging racks.
  • Bring lots of change, loose and small notes.
  • Don't overprice your items, it is better to have them sold on the day than taking them back home with you. If you have brought them to the market to sell, means you no longer need them, so sell them cheap.
  • Bring snacks and drinks, you might not get the chance to leave your stall.
  • Don't forget to bring plastic/paper bags for your sold items.
  • Make sure large items do not block your table, leave enough space on each side for easy access.
  • If you have any issues on the day, please bring it up to one of our staff members, we would only be happy to assist you in any way we could.

BOOK A STALL

Below are examples on how your stall could be set up, it is for your guide only. It is obviously depending on what you have to sell on the day. However it is strictly allowed for only 4 large items per stall. Examples of large items are listed below. The total area space including your table is 4m x 2m. If you are not having any large items to sell on the day, then you are most welcome to have 2 clothes rack instead of 1. As you can see, the front table is still accessible, easier for customers/buyers to access goods on the table.
